3D Photo Illustrations

I’ve made a few of these sorts of things for people. They’re hand drawn either with colored pencil or on the computer (with a drawing pad) and the first is a picture I drew for our favorite bartender Ted Kilgore before he left Springfield, MO. (And yes, you can have a favorite bartender without being a “drinker”) It was done with colored pencil and framed in a “shadow frame” on 3 separate panes of glass… so it was sort of “3-Dimensional.”

The 2nd was an image I did for friends of ours who had just gotten married. He (Steve) was actually the minister that married Celeste and I and this was their wedding present.

If you’re interested I will do these on commission as well. Just send me a photo and I’ll turn it into a cool, custom drawn, 3D illustration! They make a great gift for any occasion. I really don’t think the internet does them justice.
