I was reading through SFX magazine today and found out I share a birthday with James Callis (a.k.a. Dr. Gaius Baltar) from Battlestar Galactica. In fact, he’s only a year older than me being born on June 4th, 1971.
Dr. Baltar is one of the best (angst ridden) written characters on TV I think, and James Callis portrays him so perfectly! He makes me so uncomfortable, and I go from hating him to actually feeling for him! (And yes, I’m almost ashamed to admit that.)
So, I know it’s a bit late now… or early… but Happy Birthday James Callis! I hope your 36th year of life is giving you all you hope to have!
